18. prosinca 2022.U okviru projekta “Family in gymnastics-Famnastics” Erasmus plus programa potpomognutog sredstvima Europske Unije, nositelj projekta Gimnastički klub Marjan je sa svojim partnerima SD Vojvodina iz Novog Sada i Gimnastičnom zvezom Slovenije održao završnu aktivnost projekta.
Želeći prikazati javnosti uspješnost i rezultate projekta koji se razvijao i sazrijevao u periodu od 1.1.2021. godine organiziran je Famnastics show u prostoru City Centra One u Splitu gdje je brojna publika uživala u predstavljenom programu.
Famnastics je imao za cilj prikazati benefite vježbanja gimnastičkog sporta u kojeg su uključena djeca u dobi od 3 do 6 godina zajedno s odraslima: mamom, tatom, bakom, djedom…
Sport experti programa Ljubica Inić (SD Vojvodina), Aleksander Šajn (Gimnastična zveza Slovenije) i Lucija Petričević (Gimnastički klub Marjan) kreirali su pilot program vježbi prilagođenih djeci i odraslima. Na ovaj način, obitelj se uključuje u gimnastički sport zajedno s djetetom, razvijaju se navike gibanja, razgibavanja, vježbanja u društvu, nadmećući se s drugima, socijalizirajući se i povezujući s drugim obiteljima, razvija se duh zajedništva, zdrave obaveze, discipline, Famnastics potiče razvoj mentalnog i fizičkog napretka, zdravlja, kao značajnih i elementarnih benefita.
Projekt “Family in gymnastics – Famnastics” potaknuo je veliki interes u zemljama partnerima gdje će se i nadalje nastaviti provoditi. Javnosti je ponuđen program putem you tube kanala Famnastics te na web stranicima Gimnastičkog kluba Marjan, Gimnastične zveze Slovenije i SD Vojvodina iz Novog Sada. Dostupnost i vidljivost Famnasticsa ima za cilj preuzimanje i implementiranje programa diljem Europske unije koja je na ovaj način pružila potporu programu mentalnog i fizičkog razvoja i aktivnosti te socijalne inkluzivnosti djece i odraslih kroz bazični gimnastički sport odnosno cijelih obitelji. Jer obitelj je temelj, polazište. Matica društva u kojoj se rađamo, razvijamo i postajemo ljudi. Pa hajdemo biti pokretni, zdravi, veseli, agilni, druželjubivi s drugima, stvarajmo krugove životnog zadovoljstva, zdravlja i sreće.

As part of the project “Family in gymnastics-Famnastics” Erasmus plus program supported by the European Union, the project holder Gymnastics Club Marjan with its partners SD Vojvodina from Novi Sad and the Gymnastics Federation of Slovenia held the final activity of the project.
Wanting to present to the public the success and results of the project that has been developed in the period from January, 1st 2021, a Famnastics show was organized in the City Center One area in Split, where a large audience enjoyed in the presented program.
The aim of Famnastics was to show the benefits of practicing gymnastics in which children between the ages of 3 and 6 are involved together with adults: mom, dad, grandma, grandpa…
Sport experts of the partners in the program Ljubica Inić (SD Vojvodina), Aleksander Šajn (Gymnastics Federation of Slovenia) and Lucija Petričević (Gymnastics Club Marjan) created a pilot program of exercises suitable for children and adults. This way, the family gets involved in the sport of gymnastics together with the child, developing the habits of movement, stretching, exercising, developing socialization with others, connecting with other families in the spirit of community. Healthy habits as well as the sense of obligation and discipline is developed, Famnastics encourages mental and physical progress, healthy and all other significant and elementary benefits.
The project “Family in gymnastics – Famnastics” has aroused great interest in the partner countries, where it will continue as program.
The program is visible to public via You Tube channel Famnastics as well as on the websites of the Marjan Gymnastics Club, the Gymnastics Federation of Slovenia and SD Vojvodina from Novi Sad. The availability and visibility of Famnastics enables accessibility of the program throughout the European Union. This was European Union supports mental and physical development, social inclusiveness of children and adults through basic gymnastic sports, i.e. entire families. Because the family is the foundation, the starting point which shapes us into members of the society. Therefore we have to be responsible. From the childhood, from the family. Therefore Family in gymnastics. Let’s be Famnastics. So let’s be mobile, healthy, cheerful, agile, sociable with others, let’s create circles of life satisfaction, health and happiness.
